History of The Royal, Sovereign, And Imperial Court
Of The Central Texas Empire, Inc.

The roots of The Royal, Sovereign, and Imperial Court of the Central Texas Empire, Inc,
(“Court of the Central Texas Empire”) began in Houston during the sixth reign of The
Royal, Sovereign, and Imperial Court of the Single Star, Inc, when H.M.R.S.I.M, Coco
Marie Sugarbaker and H.M.R.S.I.M. David Alwell name Richard Tracy and Robert
Goodrum ambassadors to Waco from Houston. Coco and David were excellent
teachers who ignited the spark of the court spirit in their Waco ambassadors and
initiated them into the world of the court system. Shortly therefore, Robert became
Carma Sue Snow and became ambassadress. The involvement of Richard and Carma
Sue continued through the seventh and eighth reign of the Houston court. During the
eighth reign, Richard was named ambassador to all realms and empires and Carma
Sue was name honorary Imperial Princess. At the same time, their involvement was
expanding south to San Antonio. During the regency and first reigns of The Royal,
Sovereign, and Imperial Court of the Alamo Empire, they were named ambassador and
ambassadress to Waco from San Antonio.

In December 1992, H.M.R.S.I.M Jackie O’Dare and H.M.R.S.I.M. Gene Brake
named Richard Baron de Waco and Carma Sue Baroness de Waco, and the Barony de
Waco was founded. The Barony was thereafter incorporated as a non-profit corporation
under the laws of the State of Texas, and subsequently obtained status as a tax-exempt
organization under Section 501©3 of the Internal Revenue Code. In March 1993, the
Barony de Waco Held its first Investiture of Titles, ceremony with twenty charter
members. The seed that had been planted grew and flourished in Central Texas.

In October 1993, during Coronation XIX of the United Court of the Lone Star Empire, the
Barony de Waco became the Court of the Central Texas Empire with the crowning of
Richard and Carma Sue Snow as Regent Emperor and Regent Empress. The corporate
name was thereupon changed and the Court of the Central Texas Empire became the
first Texas Court to be exempt under Section 501(c)3. The Court of the Central Texas
Empire is also proud to be the only Texas court created in the presence of H.M.I.M.
Empress Jose 1, the widow Norton.
The Court of the Central Texas Empire encompasses the cities of Waco, Killeen,
Harker Heights, Fort Hood, and Temple and embraces the Texas counties of Bell,
Bosque, Coryell, Falls, Hill, Limestone, and McLennan.
In May 1994, the Court of the Central Texas Empire held its first coronation and
public election of monarchs. Richard and Carma Sue Snow were unanimously elected
